  1. Open Google Chrome and click on the ‘Customize and control Google Chrome’ icon (three vertical dots) located at the top right corner.

  2. From the dropdown menu, select ‘New Incognito Window’.

  3. A new private browsing window will open.

  4. Now, log in to your QuickBooks account using this incognito window.



Solution 2: Clear the cache and cookies from the browser

  1. Go to your Windows desktop and open Google Chrome.

  2. Tap on ‘More’. You will find the option at the top of the screen on the extreme right.

  3. Select ‘More Tools’ and click ‘Clear browsing data’.

  4. ‘Time Range’ will also appear at the top. Tap on ‘All time’ in order to remove everything.

  5. Select the checkboxes, ‘Cookies and other site data’ and ‘Cached Images and Files’.

  6. Finally, choose the option ‘Clear Data’.


Solution 3: Update your browser

  1. Run Google Chrome on your system.

  2. At the extreme top right, you will see an option that says ‘More’, which you must select.

  3. Now tap on ‘Update Google Chrome’.
